The CBUAE is the supervisory and regulatory authority of the banking and insurance sector.

The CBUAE promotes financial and monetary stability, efficiency and resilience in the financial system, and the protection of consumers through effective supervision that supports economic growth for the benefit of the UAE and its people.

Features:

* Automated Banking and Insurance Licensing Systems: allowing licensed financial institutions and related professions to manage their licenses and comply with the Central Bank of the UAE's law and regulations.

* Banking and Insurance Complaints: enabling banks and insurance customers to register complaints against licensed financial institutions and allowing Central Bank employees to manage those cases.

Please update the app , it’s crashing

Bad service

This app is useless and most of its reports is incorrect and once you go to their office even they will tell you that you have to go and follow up with the banks as if we are the ones getting salary to do that job
Actually everyone one facing problems with them should complain to the central bank so they will know what this company is doing
We are here in UAE and we know the quality of service provided in the UAE so let sure if this matters will reach to higher authorities something is going to be changed

Very poor app and unprofessional problems solving

I raised two complaints against insurance company, both are closed with same comment ( case been solved by central bank , without any details and the 2nd been closed as the customer mobile switched off - after one call only after waiting of 6 days )

Poor customer service team , I believe the staff needs the now the process of the complaints handling , customer calls timeframes

Very disappointed from the level of UAE central bank .
