Bad Service
Dear All,
I warned everyone don't used this application to send money to your love ones specially that was intended for emergency. I send Money and it was deducted on my acc but when i try to ask why ,how to fix it it take 3 days even they have my money and called many times and no one concern about your issue😡😡😡They promises it will be fix it will be fix and in the end of the day nothing happens. Where you are in Emergency they don't care about your money the issue.
Again don't use this Apps if you love your love one they will wait for nothing and you will suffer stress and that is not pair.

Bad service and app!
Not a fan of doing bad reviews especially that this year should end with a good start. but This lulu app is worst! This is the second time that their system is always having technical issue. Agent keeps on saying that they will process the money once they get the update. But even after 2 days they kept on saying the same thing! I have sent the money for my family for an urgent needs but all i get is stress for following up again and again. The Agent will tell you that they already escalated the issue to their Management but you guys just wait with your slow process and let the customer on hold about their concern. You don’t do follow up unless i raised a complaint! I went to shabiya 10 branch i went to adcb bank and they just keep on saying to wait! Money is being in-trusted but there is no remorse for taking the initiative to make your service faster.

Cash Pick-Up issue
It’s been a long time that I’m using this app but now I need to switch. Already logged a complaint more than 3 days ago regarding your cash pick-up option through ria as I keep receiving error and until now the issue is still there. I opted to use today the cash pick-up through transfast and the money was not available for pick-up in the Philippines as it was hold by transfast this is same issue that I’ve experienced many times they keep holding my transfer. Logged a complaint and until now is not yet fixed. If ria was working fine I would definitely use this especially for emergency purposes rather than transfast. Please fix your cash pick-up ria in Lulu money App as this is more reliable.
