Can’t create account gives a 0/5 score
Everything going fine until I accepted the terms and conditions — error message popped up telling me to try again. After the 4th failed attempt, I’m writing this review and shall be deleting this app. Vodacom has a reputation for launching apps without any proper testing and definitely no daily monitoring of errors generated by the app. I see only 1 person has bothered to write a review — and I think the general score is 1.8/5. For me it’s a 0/5 because I couldn’t even create a simple account.

Waste of time
Every time I check my balance I get an sms telling me to download this stupid app to make it easier to see my balances. I download the app & in less than 5 min I knew it was a waste of time. The app is not user friendly & instead of being content with me providing my name & number it constantly wants you to create a vodacom account via email etc etc. rubbish.

Cluttered page, full of junk.
Can barely see what I am interested in: How much airtime, data etc I have left. Really difficult to read. Can we please have MyVodacom back?! Purchase options poorly laid out. Very unhappy.
