I liked this game while i could play it. Now it just crashes when it opens. Every time. I erased and redownloaded still nothing :( thanks for taking my money and not fixing

I loved this game until I came to a room in theb 2nd chapter where you pick up a lantern that is supposed to destroy a doll sitting on a trunk that contains a key to the only door out of the room. The lantern does not destroy the doll so you're stuck in the room. I've started this game over many times thinking I missed something then finally contacted the developer for support. Their response response time is slow due to time differences presumably. After nearly a week I gave up and requested a refund. I watched for updates on the app store because I like the game that much. nFinally it appeared they had made some changes so I repurchased the game but the problem persists. The video clip they uploaded of that room is very misleading. It shows a shadowy figure on the table in that room instead of a doll on the trunk. In the clip, the key is on the table, instead of in the trunk, and becomes available after you destroy the shadowy figure with the lantern. I will be uninstalling this game again and requesting another refund.This game needs some work. The visuals are awesome and I found the game addictive but I would hold off on purchasing it until the bugs are worked out.If this game worked properly I would give it a solid 5 stars and a rave review. It worked almost flawlessly on my new M2 Macbook Air until I got to that room. Such a disappointment. Hopefully the developer sees the negative reviews and makes the necessary changes.

Had been enjoying this until I got to a part where it is practically impossible to perform the actions necessary to continue. It is absolutely impossible if all you have is a trackpad. I added a mouse and got past that, but having to do that repeatedly along with using the keyboard, trackpad and mouse all at once while under a severe time constraint was too much. Not wasting any more time on it. Regret purchase.

4 stars just because I was Expecting better performance, I'm running the game on M2 Max Chip (Mac Studio) and I have to say that I had to drop the graphics in order to be playable, The Game is really good, with nice story.
