I’ve been using this to manage and migrate data across many sqlite databases for app development. It lets you view the data edit the data, easily rename columns and entities via the UI, in addition to being able to run SQLite commands to select and modify data. It’s just really powerful, flexible and intuitive to use. Very well done. Saved me a lot of time and trouble.And, not to detract from the solid indispensable utility it already provides, a great feature going forward, and I realize this is asking a lot, would be if the app was able to have multiple DBs open at once to make it easier to migrate tables and a data between databases.But it *does* keep query tabs open when loading a new database, so you can retain the query output from one database when looking at another and switch between tabs to compare, so that’s a partial implementation of the ideal.

The developer is incrementally improving this app. He's giving it away for free which is such a great service to other developers. Improvements are that you can double click on a table name and it shows SELECT * and shows the entries in a standard table. Has anyone notice you can edit cells in the outpur? You can, so quick little fixes can be done by hand. I'd add the keyboard editing doesn't conform to standard tabular navigatin. Arrow keys do go from cell to cell, but when text is selected the arrow keys will leave the cell. The behavior of the numbers app with filled cells would be good to emulate. I'd implement Command-C and Command-V for full lines or columns. An interesting addition would be for a paste into an insert command format the data so insert will take it, like quoting strings intelligently. Just some ideas. The app is my go to for quick checks on SQLITE3 files.

If you need a quick SQLite GUI where you can browse your DB, run SQL, edit DB structure and values, this is it.Best of all - when I had an issue the developer was prompt to fix it over email.Yes it doesn't have every feature you might get from a $100 MySQL GUI. But honestly, if you need all that ... why are you using SQLite in the first place? You're probably better off (a) using Postgres and/or (b) interacting with your SQLite DB using Python/Pandas/Numpy/etc.

No table editors or other smart tools - fine.You need to do everything through SQL and it has some basic SQL generators to get ALTER, CREATE, etc. SQL for existing tables and it has the object tree on the left that allows you browse the structure. The options and info are more limited than any of the free tools like DBeaver Community Edition, SQLite Browser, etc. but we can chalk that up to an immature product and maybe not everyone uses those options so we'll call that "minimalist".So this is a tool that requires any serious work to be done with the SQL editor. Fine? You would think so, but if that's the main method to get things done, why the **** can't you save or open SQL files? You literally have type or copy/paste all of the SQL in every time you want it there. And no there aren't multiple editors windows or tabs available. You just have the one. Are you kidding me? That's not minimalist or immature, that's staggeringly basic functionality that's missing.
