Description

Scrollow adds a new way to control your Mac via scrolling at certain locations or with selected modifier keys.

Adjust system volume, screen brightness and keyboard illumination in a very natural way. Switch music tracks. Start, resume, and pause playback. All of these is now possible without a keyboard.

Latest versions introduce support for user scripting and now the app possibilities are almost limitless. Download sample scripts at http://mojobytes.com/s/Sample-Scripts.zip

Once you get used to it, you wouldn’t come back.

Genius!

Scrolling is such a fast way to control things, since your hand is often already on your mouse, and you don't have to hunt for keys or on-screen UI. I used to use an app called Volume Scroll that's no longer working with recent OS updates; this app is even better.

A few suggestions:

1. Could this app support inertial scrolling? That would make it even quicker to adjust volume, brightness, etc., with both a fine scroll and a quick flick (especially with Magic Mouse and trackpads).

Brightness control doesn't work on my external monitor — only on the MacBook's, even though I'm using the LG UltraFine 5k monitor that works with Mac keyboards' screen brightness keys.

Would you consider adding options to display current values for things like volume, brightness, etc. to the menubar? Since this app offers such precise control, it'd be great to see your current settings spelled out.

Thank you!

Nice app to have!

As computers get more laden with 'features', some of the most useful controls get buried in menus or behind arcane key combinations. Scrollow lets gives you access the way that might work for you. It did for me, on a Mac Air M2.

Broken app that can't be refunded

Crashes/freezes on brand-new MacBook Air. Had to reboot to get back to normal. Really not happy that I can't get a refund the same day I bought this garbage.
