This app is great can sell so types of products has great fair price plans and more great design and great customer service even better than Shopify
Absolutely pathetic!!
After years of using Big Cartel this latest update is nothing more than a bad joke!!
It continuously freezes when trying to open customers orders, has a rubbish layout when printing and after an hour of entering a new product, it refuses to save it and all my work disappears!!
On top of that you are not listening to your customers, AFTER PAY!! Do I need to say it again AFTER PAY!! Not PayPal credit, not Venmo AFTER PAY!!
I’m not sure if you’re trying to destroy Big Cartel on purpose but I can guarantee you that’s exactly what is happening and if these problems are not sorted out immediately myself and a lot of your other customers will be going elsewhere!!
App freezing and not loading
I’ve been having so many problems with the app recently. The app is extremely slow to load. Slow to add new products and sometimes it simply doesn’t work and goes back to the previous screen when I press save after it has taken forever to load the pictures and add all the details etc. After I have opened an order when I go back and open another one it won’t load and I have to close the app and reopen it, then the same thing happens. It’s so unbelievably frustrating and an absolute productivity killer!! I don’t know what’s going on with this app! I’m using it on an iPad Pro with a good internet connection.
