A number of guided tours with the ErfgoedApp are also available in the Flemish Sign Language (VGT).
WHY SHOULD YOU USE THE HERITAGE APP?
The ErfgoedApp is the ideal tool to (re)discover the heritage in your own region, just like in the rest of Flanders and Brussels.
The Heritage App is free. Organizations such as Texture, Trainworld, Guido Gezelle Archive, Sportimonium, Molennetwerk Kempenbroek, Doof Vlaanderen and many other cultural players have developed a progressive digital offer especially for you.
Extra attention is paid to readability and user-friendliness. So no complicated or boring situations. Tours are interactive, creative and to the point.
Follow routes at your own pace, when it suits you best.
You don't have to rent devices or buy paper plans. You just go out with your own smartphone. Is your battery charged? Then you are all set.

Zeer gebrekkige werking
Wat een uiterst slechte app. Gewoon weggooien en opnieuw beginnen.
Ik heb ook 1x op het camera icoon geklikt om te zien wat dat is. Nu blijft de ‘Camera error’ tot in de eeuwigheid terugkeren.

U moet toegang geven aan de camera. De app vraagt dit na het installeren of het openen van de camera.
Werkt niet
Op wandeling te Leut, geraakte de app niet verder dan de startlocatie.
Bordjes om te scannen ontbraken, we hebben deze route dan ook niet meer afgewerkt. Het gaat net immers ook om de info die je zou krijgen en net dit ontbrak.

Ga na het starten van de tour (onder kompas) naar de kaart op de startpagina, die wijst je de weg naar de volgende plek. Zorg dat gps notificaties aanstaan dan krijg je automatisch een pop-up als je op de plek aankomt waar een erfgoedverhaal is (pop-up), je kan dit verhaal ook openen via de kaart. Veel plezier!
Zeer ongebruiksvriendelijk
Als je een qr-code scant moet je eerst op terug klikken, dan op het kaart icoon en dan op het locatie icoon. Dan pas ben je bij de juiste info. Dat is veel te omslachtig.

Dag Thomas, bij een QR opent de content onmiddellijk. Indien het zo werkt als je omschrijft heeft de content maker een fout gemaakt en één van de test QR codes gepubliceerd. Kan u ons even contacteren via hello@erfgoed.app.
