It’s a good app. Very convenient and direct. The software is supportive and the interaction it gives is on par to the direct customer service.

Despite that, the main issue is the fact that there’s no ability to track location despite the request to access our pinned location. It is unnecessary for someone to call despite pinning your exact address for them. I understand it may be an issue of GPS and tracking but it only needs to be done if the passenger/carrier is lost or cannot find the exact house. Additionally, the progress tracking for each meal always crashes. We can use the estimated time to our benefit but it seems like another unnecessary feature to have if it doesn’t operate correctly on the app

Interaction once the order is placed is non-existent. You have to call a generic number if it goes through! There needs to be improvements on that otherwise it’s a great app and saves time talking over the phone

Debonairs has disappointed me! I made an order to be delivered to my sons school today at 0924, I kept on calling asking what the delay is and they kept on telling me they would call back,of which they did not call back ever. Till 1330 I called again to ask for a refund because now school is over there was no point to make the delivery at that time! Management still kept on telling me they will call me back.
So work on communicating with customers in cases of late delivery, work on your delivery schedule as this was poor customer service.
I am not impressed.
