Disregardful attitude
The app is good and useful, it simplifies ticket purchasing, but recently the search function stopped working with Latin characters in the English localization of the app. Technical support recommends changing the device language to Russian. As a user and an iOS developer, I find this attitude towards customers unacceptable.

Duckasssss, thank you for your feedback! The application "BCh. My Train" is designed to work in Russian format. Technical work is being carried out on the English version of web resources, which leads to malfunctions in the operation of the mobile application.

Very bad app
I can't log into my account. When I create another account, I can't view tickets for the route I need.

We also draw your attention to the fact that the "BC. My Train" application is designed to work in Russian. If you have English in the application, we recommend changing it to Russian and re-registering your account.
