unable to watch live or replay
Getting MT1803 error “unable to play” on all channels including CT1,2.
UPDATE (thx Martin for response): Problem is caused by Private Relay setting. Without Private Relay it is able to stream.
But no AirPlay, weird app design and controls… I’d give ** for the App now and one big * for customer care, for someone reading and responding to reviews.

Complete disaster
Extremely poor job by Vodafone migrating UPC (Horizon Go) users to Vodafone TV. No support at all, no communication at all, incredibly frustrating experience overall.
Great you have Medallia app for customer feedback, but clearly you are unable to work with it all when seeing army of frustrated users here (not speaking about Vodafone employees who confirm the UPC migration is a complete disaster…).
Please do something about it ASAP! (and don’t respond here to me and ask me to send you further feedback, I already spent hours providing feedback to you…).

Garbage, junk and crap.
I haven’t seen worse programming job than this. Even Windows ME were superior! No Chromecast support. Slow like hell. Icons done for kid’s hands. Now the app says device is registered under another account and I can’t login despite the phone isn’t visible in any device list on self-service portal. Vodafone is troubleshooting for a week+ no success. Compared to HorizonGo this is joke! All product managers, managers and developers of this product should be fired!
