Wizz Air - Book Flights 4+

I would expect that boarding pass would be able to share better than as a picture. But to be able for other travelers to place it in the wallet or other apps. Otherwise good app.

I have paid my tickets in January and did not received tickets or my money back till now, i have made a claim to solve this problem (because there is no FREE costumer servis, only a paid callcenter which is not worth Your money - only thing They said is that they can not do a thing and You should make a claim) so soon after i made a claim i realized they take about 30 days to answer, unfortunatelly after 30 days You get an automatic message, after 4 of these messages i received a message that i have right to get my money back, after 30 long days i got another message saying: “Your claim has been resolved.” But as You can say from this review i did not receive any amount of money back. So i made a second claim saying that if i get no response soon i’ll go to police, after a couple hours i got a response from one of WIZZ Air’s employee asking for comfirmation of that payment. After i sent it i got a message saying he/she is going to forward it to a financial department (that will take some days he/she said) and that if i have any other questions, i can reply to that mail and he/she will answer them. So couple days passed and i asked if there is some News about it, no response. After a month i wrote another and got no response as well.
I’ll take this review back as soon as i get my money back.

We almost missed our flight because of this stupid app. It is valid not only for app itself, but also for website. I wanted to download and print boarding pass (because Kutaisi airport does not support boarding pass in app) and it took me like one hour to download required PDF. After I finished online check-in, I clicked on download button. Then I was able to see PDF but not to download it (no button or anything). When I tried to repeat the process through website, my upcoming flight was not listed and I had to find it manually through some obscure and hidden search field (despite the fact I already did online check-in before). After I found the flight, I was able to download ticket for my girlfriend, but not for me! What the hell? We had to use another device to download second ticket (where btw was not possible to show the first one). Really, I just hope their pilots are more capable than their IT team.
