Bad experience

I am really frustrated from the the way your personnel handled my issue. I have bought my devise(xs) just a year and a half ago. Since i bought it , it showed to be faulty device . Firstly, the face ID stopped working , it does not recognize me . Following, a problem of invisible line popped up( multi-touch) . To add insult to injury, the speakers were not functional properly, i can barely hear the other party on the phone .The issue was not just not the faulty device of your company. It was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to keep my issue unaddressed by your customer service representatives. I called a dozen of them and every time i call , i keep repeating the incident, i get promised to handle this problem but nothing happens and no one calls back . This keeps happening over and over again , totally overlooking the inconvenience your company has caused me . To be honest, this was not the after service i expected from the after sale of a company as reputable as yours. Paying that amount of money for this device , this is never the response i expected. Accordingly , i want a prompt action to be taken if you are really keen on having loyal customers. Not managing this problem will make me never recommend Apple devices, never

Bad support

This is fifth time contact with Apple in different cases without any solution or helpful unfortunately due this situation recently in less than one month!!!! I have iPhone XS Max, iPhone 13 pro max, Apple AirPods 2, Apple AirPods 3, Apple Watch 6th, iPad 9th generation. Unfortunately I switched from all of this to another brand I was a big Apple fan but unfortunately I have a high expectation in Apple but after the recent experience with Apple support I found that I trust over with you. I am really sad for this experience and shifting from Apple to another brand !!

Also when I contacted last week chat they told me that they will contact me phone and till now no one contact with me or solve my problem.
