Description
App works with Shimano E-Bike motors via Bluetooth.
Allows:
- Get E-bike information (total distance, battery health and etc)
- Change assist settings
- Change gearing type (mechanical, electrical) and chainrings size
- Change light settings
- Presets for quick setups of your bike
- Other features depending on your bike's firmware
Warning: the new EP801 and EP6 motors do not support changing advance settings (region, circumference). All other motors with the latest firmware do not support changing advanced settings via Bluetooth.

Great range of features
App is simple to use and has a wide range of features available to the user. The only difficulty seems to be applying for the premium license. Email requests for the optional features receive no response, despite the accompanying message stating you should receive a reply within minutes.

I was forced to download this app by SHITMANO themselves as their ‘latest’ update rendered my spangly new ebike useless. I hadn’t even heard of this app but having delved into a few forums to try and figure out how to use the built in USB function which SHITMANO thought it would be amusing to leave out of the new app 🤦🏻♂️
So far, this app seems to have a lot of functions for fiddling with the motor and plenty of scope for really nailing and fine tuning assist settings rather than being limited by SHITMANOs app which only allows to change it between 3 settings 🤦🏻♂️
This app is 99p FFS just download it, delete SHITMANOS useless offering and go ride your bike (with the phone/GPS enabled) 🤣
RS motor upgrade
If you have an RS motor with 60NM you need this app. 99p to upgrade to 85NM and it takes literally 30 seconds!

Is there any way of upping the speed limiter on the RS motor yet? It’s saying the full app isn’t compatible with this motor
