Supershift - Shift Calendar 4+

This app is so easy to use and it makes it so much easier to add and delete shifts. Where I work shifts change every week and this app allows 24/7 efficient flexibility when changing with a simple tap of a button. It saves all of your shift times so when you do get your rota you simply click the shift pattern and it adds to the schedule. It saves so much time when you may have to flick through a rota where you have screenshot in your camera roll and having all your shifts available in one place. I hardly ever write reviews and when I do it’s usually a bad one. So this is definitely an app to download!! Just really hope that it never gets deleted!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

It’s hard to find a shift planner that fits UK - NHS shifts as they often don’t fit a normal perspective of shift patterns. It would be particularly good if it had the UK contributions for NHS pension, PAYE and NI as a option to choose. Another extra that would take this above others is if it had the ability to have an alarm clock to set that was shift specific rather then having to keep setting the phones alarm daily. Also a annual leave calculator for NHS would be brilliant allowing the app to track leave taken and give you a remaining balance. It’s good it syncs across and allows PDF downloads. A little steep on the pro features, but it seems like NHS workers have no option then to use halve a dozen apps to tick all of the needed boxes. Like I said it is one of the better shift planning apps however a few tweaks would make it one of the best apps.

First impressions after having this for a day. It’s clear and pretty simple to use. I was hesitant over £7 for the ‘pro’ features but went with it because of being able to view my other calendars such as google. I hope this app will super the upcoming ProtonMail calendar as I bid to ditch Google completely. Only thing I can’t figure out is tracking my overtime and holidays. Other apps seem to have a ‘holiday’ button which will take the hours from the shifts and calculate how much holiday is costing- for example- a holiday over 3 ten hour shifts shows as 30 hours in the ‘holiday bank’. App seems pretty good all in all and seemingly one of the better shift apps. Think it just needs to extend the features going forward to make it a 5 star app. Great work so far though.
