Seems like the app and service is closed. There is no more restaurants or menu and the error message appears almost everywhere in app. No answer from support as well. It was a good app that gives a possibility to order at some exclusive restaurants that never found in UberEats or Deliveroo. I hope they fix all the problems and return to business
App okay Service excellent
App worked fine. Ordered in advance for my wife’s birthday. Company helpful by email in agreeing to deliver slightly outside normal area. I received text the day before acknowledging order and on day to confirm it was on it’s way. They are of course dependent on the restaurant. Delivery cost was competitive with other similar companies. Not sure if this is the place to review the restaurant but the food we had from Nobu, their deluxe menu, was very good with excellent variety and well packed.
AVOID - No service, no refund
I ordered a meal from madera. Was surprised I couldn’t order the same day and had to preorder for several days out. Several hours before the order was due to arrive, I got a stark text saying my order was cancelled. No explanation as to why. I had to contact them. Supper offered me a 15% off coupon. I looked at my transactions several weeks later - they had not refunded me the £33 for the meal I never received. In the meantime Madera is no longer an option on supper do my 15% coupon is worthless. Terrible experience! It’s not worth it!
