Health Management

There is a 7 days reminder function, but I tried many time, it always come back with ‘Tuen on failed’?

The interactive voice response systems does not work well

When you call the number for support, it asked you to enter 1,2,3 for language selection. It doesn’t work. I have to called many times and time it carefully on when to press the option. This is horrible.

It may not be directly related to the app but all I want to do is to verify if I have registered.

Please test the Interactive voice response systems from a mobile phone. The delay is different than a regular phone.

App still crash during registration process

After updating app to latest version app crashes when registering password. Despite reinstalling app and restarting device several times, issue still persists. Please fix bug issue as can be troublesome for those that want to use the app to access vaccination record, coupons and other medical services. Similar apps such as “iAM Smart” never had such issue during registration process.
