I use a range of wallets and tools to interact with Web3 platforms, but if I didn’t have to use others for specific apps, I’d honestly just stick with Binance. The wallet connects easily — no need to pre-open anything or set it up before connecting like some other wallets. Just click and go. Simple. One of the things I truly appreciate about being in Hong Kong is that access to Binance’s exchange features is still open. Compared to regions like the US, where regulation is becoming more intense and limiting, it’s refreshing to still be able to use the full suite of Binance services — wallet, DEX, CEX, and all. The global crypto scene is shifting. A lot of major companies are relocating HQs to jurisdictions with clearer, more supportive regulatory environments. Hopefully Hong Kong continues to be one of those places where innovation is welcomed rather than punished. Binance gets it right — and if you're just getting started with crypto or already deep in Web3, it's a powerful platform to have in your corner.

Suggested improvements for c2c market

Many seller put lowest market price selling usdt to be on top of the list, but requiring buyer to have at least 1 btc account value for trading like 6.39 usd, which is just annoying advertising. Just make their trade at least half of the value they wish their buyer have can easily stop this spam.

Pathetic customer service and support

I deposited some funds into my account and it showed and error. In my transaction history it shows that the deposit is processing, and has been for over 2 weeks. However I already have to pay the money on my VISA card (the method I deposited the fiat.) I submitted support tickets, which has now been ignored, and on the live chat, I waited 2 days to get to an agent, who claimed he would transfer me to a “senior agent, and that it would take a while”. About 15 minutes later, the agent contacted me but I couldn’t see the message as I have other things to do. Just 4 minutes after that message they closed the chat, claiming “I hadn’t replied in a while”. They act like you have nothing else to do and don’t have to sleep and can just monitor the screen 24/7.
I tried contacting support again after that. About a day later, someone wrote back, and said she would “transfer it to a senior agent and give me priority”. My position in the queue was 180. A day later it moved up to 120. Then another 2 days later, somehow, my position went from 124 to 129. Not only did I get closer (waiting 3 days is absolutely ridiculous already), I was pushed back further in the queue.
Don’t use Binance.
