SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. If you start a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel 24 hours before the expiration period.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the existing subscription will not be refunded. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Synchronization issue

Every time I launch it with alarm on apple watch, it asks me to open the phone and launch it on the phone as well. Every night. It wasn’t like this before, happens for the last 1-2 months now

Hello! Pillow's latest versions require that you keep Pillow open on your iPhone before initiating a sleep session on the Apple Watch for stability purposes. We are aware that this temporary requirement is somewhat troublesome and our development team is already working on alternative solutions. As soon as progress has been achieved, this restriction will be lifted. In the meantime, to start a sleep session on the Apple Watch, please: 1. Open Pillow on your iPhone and do not press any buttons 2. Open Pillow on your Apple Watch 3. Scroll to the top to view the alarm picker and tap on the time to access the alarm setup dialog 4. When you are ready to start a sleep session. Tap on "Start" 5. Please make sure to lock the screen only after a sleep session has started on your iPhone to avoid unexpected shutdown of the app during the night. Just to clarify, Pillow on the Apple Watch should require the iPhone only if you try to start a sleep session with either of the following options checked: 1. "Sound recordings" 2. "iPhone Speaker". These two options use the iPhone so connectivity is required in order to start a sleep session. Once the sleep session starts, you can lock your iPhone and place it on the bed-stand. For anything else, please contact our customer support team. To contact support: Open Pillow on your iPhone › Tap on the Settings icon › Select ‘Helpdesk’.
