Just the right app for me
This Bookla app is exactly what’s needed to book my visits to service providers and events. Just now went to concert - amazing!
I wish it had more services there that I can book via the app. Smooth!
Customers have no incentive of actually showing up
When there’re extremely limited spots, people just book them and then cancel in the very last minute. Instead the app should give an incentive to think before booking, say, you can reserve timeslots limited times. Or even better if you’d have to deposit a small fee, even 1€ per person would do.
This would benefit both the company (more precise schedule, possibly more actual customers) and the clients - you’d be able to book because there wouldn’t be so many fake reservations. Now feels like the creators of the app thought about the UI/UX which is quite good, but there are other parts that are as important!

Thank you for your review. We are working hard to improve our application. We have already set the limit - one user - one reservation per day that helped to prevent unnecessary reservations which were made by users. And we also are working on payment possibility which will appear soon in our application.
Very promising app
Something we’ve deserved for a long time! Like the light design with minimum steps to booking. Consider having payments in future. Good luck guys!
