Review about My Telenor App
Have seen major improvements in the App recently. Previously I had to face great inconvenience since my services details & package / balance / account information was not accessible at random times. Now this issue seem resolved. I appreciate the multiple options to connect to the App. I especially love the automatic connection through 4G & Telenor connect without having to enter password repeatedly. App seems to be more stable atleast on IOS.
App logout automatically
Please remove the option of logging out from the app automatically. I am facing a trouble from so long that whenever I tried to login and clicked on this option *SIGN IN WITH CONNECT* it redirects you to a page which never appears and the screen is blank and you don't have any option to go back or forth unless to close the app from the default application manager. Due to this, once I wasn’t able to extend my promotion which was going to end in the midnight. I was trying to login to subscribe the offer again and save my remaining mobile data but due to this pathetic login I wasn’t. Make this app more strong like ZONG APP in which you have to login the first time and you just open the app to check your balance and promotions and it never logs you out. Thanks.
Create own offer
Create an own offer has now updated, i am a prepaid user and i have more contacts on other networks so i need more minutes for other network and not much use of telenor to telenor minutes. This Update only allows me to select 500 on net minutes while i have hardly use of 100 minutes so y do i need 400 extra minutes. Pls fix this and last offers were better than this one
