RP update online
There is no option to update QID in this app to continue transfer. It’s mandatory to visit Al Jazeera exchange to update QID for app money transfer.
I don’t feel comfortable to visit every year to visit and update QID.
Therefore, I uninstall Al Jazeera app, since got alternate app with online QID update option.

No proper customer care and no one lifting cal in branches . Need lots of improvement
Try to register but unable to do so alwys it keep exit back to login page
