Doesn't work anymore
Registered a year ago and was happy with the app. It's quick and have good rate, save energy and time as transaction could be done anywhere. It used to be working 24hr, then it works as their working hours. Didn't have a problem with that. Their CS was quick, now it's slow. Out of no where, I can't make transactions anymore, as per the CS it's the bank account. I contacted the bank and find no issues, I did make same transaction somewhere else and has NO issues at all. It kept failing and failing and they can't do anything, it's disappointing to be suddenly unable to do the transaction without valid reasons. As the app doesn't work anymore with me, I'm deleting it.

Worst in service
I used this app 2 to 3 times, but the recent experience was worst they kept my money for 3 days without any notifying me. I had to call them and ask why it didn’t go then they came up with the issue that my street number was not updated in the app 🙄 the trauma I had to go for this and they made it worst. They didn’t bothered to call or send sms saying that your transaction is rejected.
And if any issue in profile they shouldn’t have debited my account as simple as that.
But then I heard from multiple people that this guys are delaying in transfer.

This is can not be a money transfer app, It’s time-wasting game 😅
Not opening, when opens doesn’t load, when load it loads so slow, after the killing slowness you don’t get some features, again you have to refresh/reload to face the same problem mentioned up, then suddenly you get logged-out for unknown reasons
