foodpanda: Food & Groceries 4+

I had two vouchers, one from Revolut and the other one was because I had sent a link to a friend and guess what : when I go to apply one of the coupons, no matter which one, NOT AVAILABLE. Let me be clear, the first one is available until June, so no reason not to work and the Revolut one, even though it was said to be available until May 15th, is now gone. I think this is the last order with FoodPanda.

Estimeaza 50 minute si vin in 90, cu mancarea rece si comanda incompleta. Le cer sa isi repare greseala, sa mearga livratorul sa imi aduca jumatatea de comanda lipsa, care era pe bon si era platita, iar raspunsul a fost sa contactez echipa pe chat. O alta experienta execrabila.. parca vorbesti cu un robot care da copy paste cu “solutiile”. Variantele fiind 3 vouchere de 15 lei valabile o luna la “unele” restaurante(mie imi lipseau produse de 49 lei), sau restituirea sumei in cont in 14 zile. 14 zile? Platiti si dobanda? Pai, incompetentilor, pentru greseala voastra, eu primesc vouchere, sa ma obligati sa mai cumpar de la voi? Si mai sunt si valabile o luna si doar la cateva restaurante. Sau primesc banii in 2 saptamani? Pai este greseala mea sa stau 2 saptamani dupa voi sa returnati banii? Am dat retur ceva? Am gresit cu ceva? Pai, incompetentilor, nu vreau sa cumpar vouchere, vreau mancarea comandata!
Solutia a fost sa merg singur sa imi iau mancarea...
Sa va bagati voucherele undeva, cu tot cu respectul pe care il aratati clientilor, modul de gestionare a problemelor si solutiile voastre...
Eu sterg mizeria asta de aplicatie, sa nu cumva sa mai comand vreodata din greseala.. sa imi stricati si alta zi.
Imi pare rau ca nota minima este de 1 stea, ca nu o meritati nici pe asta!

While I mostly have had pleasing experiences with the app in the past I couldn’t help notice the sluggish interface, stores and restaurants that show up as open, even though they aren’t, leaving you with a broken checkout button that endlessly loops the animation without actually creating the order. The biggest problem for me so far have been the false arrival times and massive delays, I would go as far as calling this shameless. I have never had such delays using other competitors and I have been using this service for the better part of the last 2 years. Lately, it’s been disappointment after disappointment, which is frankly a shame.
