Terrible customer service
It’s not like clever before, get in touch with customer service is impossible. The application does not allow driver to except a new ride if excepts payment by credit card. Drivers close The application before the ride is over in force the customers to pay by cash! Then free now tells you did the payment was declined by your bank which is a lie!

Clever was way better
With the free now I can’t do lots of things, I can’t tell the driver i’ll be there in two minutes fast without having to call and wait for him to answer than explain why and than I can finish to dress my baby, also if I need to pick someone on the way or stop to by something on the way I can’t cause your price is fix on my last destination, in ordder to add more stop I have to create a new request after each stop that’s the worst thing you could have done, with clever all of that was possible, I’m really courious why you think the new app is better, why did you remove all the good stuff??? Please add them back 😢
Bad management. Law of the jungle!
I used the app in Romania: 6 cancellations on a ride from the airport into town, without explanations or penalties, the drivers can cancel the ride right before pickup, so tou wait like a dumb donkey in front of the airport until you try another app.. completely ridiculous.
The worst part, once we forgot something in the car, and the information that yoy can allegedly contact the driver directly to retrieve your lost items IS A MONSTROUS LIE!! We were desperately calling a number that was a one-time generated contact number and there is no other way to contact the driver. Luckily he was an honest person and came back with our stuff...
If i could give minus 5 stars I would.. Complete mockery.. stay away
