Incomplete information regarding monthly payments

For users that have loans it should be very clear what is the total value that needs to be payed on a given month.
The same applies for the credit cards (e.g. Premium Card). You always have to call the call-center to find out the exact sum that you need to pay in a month. There are also a lot of features that can only be done via phone and could be easily implemented in the app, mainly for the credit card:
- checking the amount of money that I have not allocated yet to cover a spcific debt
- investing my earned points / convert them to money

Developer Response ,

The application shows the next installment for loans. For credit cards, we are working on better ways to display the information.

Room for improvement

I used the app very frequently on my iPad and was quite happy with its functionality.
I wanted to have it installed and running on two devices,iPhone and iPad( for practical reasons: iPad has bigger screen and it’s easier to use,iPhone is really mobile and I had activated a credit card in Wallet, so it was convenient to pay with the iPhone).
But-and here it comes:
- the apps seems to be allowed to run still only on one trusted device
-I wanted to activate the same card in an newly acquired Apple Watch
and I learned from the operator that was supposed to help on this, online, that a card can be activated / added only through the app on the same device: that meant I had to activate Mobile Banking on the iPhone, which would automatically disable it on iPad.
- note: in the past I could activate the card on both devices,iPad and iPhone, without having the app installed on the iPhone.
- now by this “help” by the operator from the Bank I lost my card activation on the iPhone.
So : either I decide to use now the classical card for payments( that means going back to old days !!!)
-or I install the app on the iPhone, then I can activate the card on the iPhone- but the app will stop working on the iPad
- or the Bank decides to make the app compatible with more than one device( other Banks , I won’t give names, can do this)
Any comments/ promises from the Developer?
Thanks

Bad update

Payments and currency exchanges are counterintuitive. Too many bells and whistles too much crap instead of a simple intuitive app. We’re all paying for some things we don’t really need.
FaceID works 50% of the tine, at most, because the rest of the time I have to put in my static ID, and that’s what the bank decided, because face tecognition works OK. Well, if less than 50% of the times used works, why not takei it out? Because the bank wants to say it uses FaceID? Is this a bug or a feature?
