BluRemote is an easy-to-use remote control app for your BluOS-powered music players – by Bluesound, NAD, DALI, Cyrus and others.
You can quickly see what is currently playing. You can easily control your player's playback and directly access your player's presets. You can also put Widgets on your Home Screen and Lock Screen in order to access your presets directly. And you can use Shortcuts automation and Siri commands.
The focus is on providing the most useful features in a fast, clean and intuitive interface, instead of distracting you with lots of options and complex configurations. (Please note that the initial setup of your player, OS-updates and other settings still have to be done using the official BluOS Controller app.)
Currently, following features are supported and more features are released regularly:
- find all compatible players in your local home network
- automatically connect to your most recently used player

Version 1.3.0
BluRemote now supports the Shortcuts app. You can automate following actions for your connected player:
- Start and stop playback
- Select and start a preset
- Skip the current track (forward and backward)
- Set the volume (between 0 and 100 percent)
Furthermore, you can use several voice commands with Siri to execute the actions, for example short commands like:
- "BluRemote, start"
- "BluRemote, stop"
- "BluRemote, next"
- "BluRemote, previous"
Or use longer sentences like:
- "Stop playback in BluRemote app"
- "Full volume in BluRemote app"
- "Select a preset in BluRemote app"
The most common actions are also available as predefined Shortcuts and in Spotlight.
Other improvements:
- pull to refresh the list of presets
- better layout of the "now playing" view on very large and very small screens
- better UI performance
- no more flickering of the progress bar

It's basic but it works!
It is a very stripped down app, but I use it when I want to just play Paradise Radio and control volume without searching on the bluOs app.

Didn’t work, doesn’t work for BluOS.
Quickly realized I’d been tricked into buying this.

I am sorry that it did not work for you. In general, the app should work with every player that is based on BluOS.
I would have appreciated that you ask for support before simply submitting a 1-star review. 🤷♂️
And it is not a trick. You can request a refund if you really can’t get it working.
