With Omniscient, you could change your voice for free, but with this one you can’t! Can you have us watch an ad to change our voice for the podcast? Get rid of the premium.

Paid for Premium & now app won’t work!

I paid for premium beginning in June of this year, the first few weeks everything was fine. They use AI to create your podcast so if you’re using it for studying the information might get jumbled a bit but overall things were great. Fast forward a few months & they’ve updated their app and it keeps asking me to subscribe to a premium subscription EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR A FULL YEAR UP FRONT. The app is completely unusable, & there’s no way to get in contact with customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it at all in this current version. Absolutely terrible.

We are so sorry about this experience - we had a major update that mistakenly asked some existing subscribers to pay again. Please email nate@castifyapp.com and we'll give you immediate free access for the trouble. This should absolutely not have happened and I apologize for the frustration.

Great idea but frustrated

Wonderful concept but i wish the podcasts would go longer than 20 minutes. It cuts off in mid sentence instead of being able to finish my powerpoint. It wont let me log on the app on my ipad, and i wish you could delete podcasts you no longer want in your library. Takes long to generate a podcast and save.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! We've since increased podcast length limits, added the ability to delete podcasts (swipe left in your library), and significantly improved generation speed. The iPad login issue should also be fixed now. Give the updated version a try - it addresses everything you mentioned!
