Problem
Hey. I have a problem with the new update... Earlier today the game just stopped loading on 73% and I couldn’t enter so I uninstalled the app and when I installed it again I couldn’t login to my account. I don’t know my password and when I type my email it doesn’t work, trying to login with Facebook doesn’t work neither.. I tried logging in with the desktop version but my account is not showing neither way... I don’t know if I have created an account or connected to my Facebook one if it’s even possible to play the game without one... I would like just to find a way to log in to my old account because I don’t want to loose my progress.. Thanks !
The unfortunate truth
Since the launch of the new version of the game and the application itself everything has only been going downhill. It’s extremely sad to see my the game of my childhood get ruined by the undeniably bad decisions made. I haven’t had as much motivation to play, yet I still do, having got some hope for better improvement in the future, however, I have only become more and more angry at the way things are being handled. I never anticipate a new update anymore, as I am sure to be immensely disappointed by it. It happened so today yet again. The map event suffered an awful update that has caused another problem in the game worsen – the emeralds. Emeralds have become a HUGE problem to every player as there is NEVER enough. They removed the FTV, therefore, causing a disturbance in the whole LP community. I wish the game hadn’t gone in this bad direction, and I also wish for it all to get better soon as I truly love the game and wish to play it for years to come.
Problem with the update
Hello I updated my app and i started doing the new challenges and i bought a makeup look and i should have won 5 diamonds but it doesn't show that i have bought anything and i didnt recieve the diamond. The same thing happened earlier with another challenge. Can you please do something because im losing gems? My lady: Dayana (live free club) !
