NRT on Demand is a new mode of public transit in the Western Niagara Region. You can now order a technology-enabled vehicle to your front door when and where you need it.
Download the NRT on Demand app today, book your seat and travel where you want and when you want throughout Grimsby, West Lincoln, Pelham, Wainfleet and Lincoln. Simply select your pick up and drop off location and one of our vehicles will come to you, using the latest technology to effortlessly match you with other riders heading in your direction!
NRT on Demand service runs on Monday through Saturday from 7am – 10pm.

Five star rating
This would be a five star rating if they had a hub in the northern end of Saint Catherine’s as a drop off. For example, Fairview mall.
So Much Potential, Going Backwards
This used to be great for me, a person not permitted to drive due to epilepsy. I’d walk to Pelham from Welland just to use it. However, wait times have gotten pretty bad lately and the app crashes often. They have yet to expand to all of Niagara, which could be a huge help even if it was limited to those on ODSP, etc. Not sure why they don’t use an algorithm to group rides together/carpooling, and not sure why it isn’t being made regional given how useless our buses are. NRT has a tonne of potential to help many people. It could even be used to find where buses COULD be an option.

This ride share system would be better if they had more drivers in the Grimsby, Beamsville, and Smithville area. There are times they have no available vans and they cancel rides last minute. Additionally, if you accidentally leave a personal item in a vehicle they will not give it back. (They have no lost and found offices).
