Hi Coopies!

Many of us have a busy schedule and whilst we'd all love to run every day it often isn't possible. We need a training plan that takes this into account. So that is what we created! Now when you create a new plan you can select the maximum number of running days you can do per week and we will create a plan that fits your needs.

Even better, if you find you have more time or need to cut down a bit you can update the number of running days on the fly!

Game changing running app!

I have been running for over 6 years and this is the first training plan I have ever stuck to! It is highly motivating and there’s always a training coach around to answer any questions you have about your tailored plan! 🏃‍♀️

Because of the plan which involves scheduled super slow runs, my body is able to recover perfectly whilst still running and getting my fix! Being ‘forced’ to run slowly means you cannot fail to enjoy the run 🏃‍♀️

For years I have done all my runs at the same pace and so this is so new to me and I am absolutely loving it! The daily streak count is also very very motivating and the accountability of this means I am sticking to the plan despite being a busy busy busy single mum of 3!

I’d recommend this app to anyone - it has reignited my passion for running and I am getting stronger and faster every day 💪🏻

It is also absolute fantastic value for money!

Fabulous Running App

I’ve downloaded Coopah to help me train for my first marathon in May. It’s really easy to use and just a few questions to answer to get your training plan. Each session is explained well and you can then import your run from your health apps once completed. I asked a question about my plan today using the in app messaging and received a quick, friendly, helpful response. Definitely recommend this app to any runner looking for support to achieve their running goals

Wouldn’t go without

I have ran 3 marathons and only once have used a training app plan and my gosh I wouldn’t go back without it. I bumped into these guys at the NEC and thought why not give it a go and I’m so happy I had. You can move things around to suit you and there are videos and on hand support should you need it. I think I will even use them in shorter runs such as half marathons in order to help get faster. 10/10 recommend
