I have to give credit where it’s due. Bet365 and their team have created the best, unique, fastest and aesthetically pleasing sports betting application. The ball tracking and pitch animations are excellent. The goal animation is also so much better than every other app out there. Things like this make a difference when you’re tracking a game and the team you need scores a goal. It’s exciting and immersive. As betting should be. The app is also extremely quick and works perfectly with iOS. It fits the iOS theme very well. Nothing worse than a really clunky betting app and I’m happy to say the Bet365 app is modern and fast. I’m addition to the best app, they have the best odds and the most markets. What’s not to love? Well done to Bet365 for creating the best sports betting app out there. This is the reason why they are my favourite bookmaker.
B365 Criminals
Very simple software that is easy to navigate. B365 on the other hand are extremely difficult bookmakers and do everything possible to take money from their customers. Not for the first time during the champions league final the app went down so that all bets placed are inaccessible and you can’t cash out then no coincidence comes back live minutes after the match is over. Other little tricks they try are during casino games the software crashes and when you back in the game the stakes have been risen and if you aren’t careful you can end up play max stakes without realising (all done intentionally). They also advertise that you can watch live sport but if you are active on their site too long then you are bombarded with messages and phone calls regarding responsible gambling. Many things on their app/ site have not been thought about for the customer and there are many suspicious things that have happened (like the app crashing during the biggest games of the season) that make you realise they will try anything to further line their pockets. They offer no compensation and the customer support is terrible. Other than the easy to use app I would always consider betting with other companies. B365 will try anything to take more money in anyway possible and then claim they will look in to the issue with no resolution. Avoid these criminals
Review / Requests
App - Easy to use in general terms.
Lots of in play bet selections, very lucrative. Almost all games are covered lower and upper leagues.
App improvements - Needs work on many aspects.
1. Watching the live video on games is laggy, low quality and doesn't allow enough flexibility on scale.
2. It is so difficult to watch numerous games as they are all on different pages, maybe a new tab made specifically for games that you can press a "star button just like highlighting a selection" this will then add it to a tab where you can watch the game as normal except one small difference would be that you don't have the option to place bets here but by clicking the place Bet button on the tab it will direct you to the normal section.
3. Creating a search bar at the top to find games would be amazing and easy to implement, going through each league is a drag and wastes so much of my time. I want to find my bets in under 30 seconds and place it in that time as well, this is purely due to the fact that your in play bets are subject to a time delay.
4.cash out should be available throughout the whole match, and bet credits should be included in the return, your not giving away anything if you have to win in the first place.
