Fantastic app!!!

One does not need to be overly depressed or anxious to receive wonderful benefits from this app, the user experience is seamless and it flows nicely. If not for yourself, then recommend it to someone who could benefit from it, they will thank you. Most hit books stay on the bookshelf, this one comes alive in an interactive app.

Lost Connections

This ideas in this App are so very insightful. This ticks the boxes for me as it joins up mental wellbeing with the machinations of our not so normal society. It is already helping me to create an understanding of “normal”. It resonates with me. I am still working through the course but I can see that this will be an immensely powerful and helpful tool.

Journaling made easy

This is a fantastic app to help you set up your day with positivity and then later to reflect on how you got on.
A built in community to connect with like minded people is hugely helpful and reinforces your not alone.
Their are sessions built in the app which educate and help you think.
