Always welcome, staff very knowledgeable and obliging. Good selection of plants in first class condition at a reasonable price. All complemented with the Pennells club and its offers, and free drinks and occasional cake. It works for me.

Improvement
Good to see the app receive an update. Although logging users out, and having to go and reset passwords to get back in after the update are a few hoops I’m sure some of your customers won’t appreciate.
On the plus side, the update is an improvement, though I really would like to see the ability to save the loyalty card to the Apple Wallet, this enabling much quicker access to it at the till.
