Not bad, but still have room for improvement
This app is so easy to use that you could easily find most information that may affect your judgement in it, but, if you want detailed information, this app may not be able to fulfil your needs. The TouchID, also, has an issue which other users have mentioned - THE TOUCH ID DOESNT WORK PROPERLY - it makes us have to entered the password all the time.
All in all, this app though is not perfect, but it is still a great choice in the end.

We're glad that you enjoyed investing via our app. For the Touch ID issue, would you mind killing the app, relaunch, log-out by selecting "Not This User" and log-in again to enable Touch ID? User friendly but system unstable
I am the beginner for US stock market. I think the apps is quite simple and easy to control. However, the network is very unstable. When every time login at 930 pm (HKT), it has connected problem. The app is automatically shut down ...and it takes long time to login again because it stays in the front page showing loading .. I have Ben using the apps for 2 weeks and feel like very tiring .. everyday facing the same technical problem... Would you please do testing on the system and try to understand the end users experience ? It is not just time wasting being stuck in the front page and it also makes you miss a chance to buy stocks at a good price :(

Terrible update and terrible service support too
This is not a game app. People use this to trade stocks and money is involved. I have updated the app last Friday night HK time and to my horror I could not log on again, and their automated forgotten/change password system failed with error messages. Repeated calls to their office with recorded messages were not answered and now is Monday 10:00AM. To be fair the staff if you can get one were always helpful, I like the company’s service fee io brokerage system, but please leave your education promotion to another app, this update is catastrophic at best and the lack of prompt backup services incurs losses on customers. I would have given a zero star if Apple allowed it. This is not a toy.
