The app is great! Finally a platform in English language. I hope in the future, we will be able to top-up our OVO wallet and so on. What can we do with the points? It is still unclear.

Don’t trust your money to a third party
Think TWICE before using OY! Don’t worry about saving 1.000 to 7.500 Rp per transaction if what you get is headache, LONG QUEUE, and POOR customer service. I just tried to reload my GO-PAY with few hundred thousand rupiahs and what I got is two hours (and counting) of waiting with NO WORDS from customer service at all. Chat & Email is availabe BUT NO ONE is there. Seriously?! How can this app even got a license from BI? BE EXTRA CAREFUL. I can’t imagine performing big ticket transactions with this app. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
