Thieves I’m disguise

I placed an order in their weekly sale on 8th July, today it is 28th July and they haven’t even dispatched any item. Support Desk also doesn’t allow to cancel any order. Nor do they respond on time, they have standard replies and keep saying that they are looking into the issue but they really don’t. I have followed up 10 times and every time they give a fixed reply without any progress.

They just keep updating their app and put new sales take out money but don’t dispatch the order. They will say they have Courier Service issue. Keep away from this app or you will lose your money.

Zero Support

When I came across this app initially I thought it was a good idea. I was looking for a emergency PL against my car, which this app seems to have a tie up with IDFC Bank. So, I thought since I needed funds urgently and it would be easier for me to apply through this app, but boy was I wrong!! After I applied for the loan, I realised that I had made the biggest mistake of my life! If I had to describe what bad customer service and unprofessional behaviour is, I just ask you to avail their service and you’ll know. Not only do they keep you in the dark till you keep following up on your application and then if you try to post experience on their “community page”, you’ll also see their high handed attitude. They simply mark all your queries as resolved and any post regarding their unprofessional service, they’ll simply not let you post anything negative. After waiting 3+ weeks for a loan against my car, I simply gave up and got my loan approved and disbursed with HDFC Bank within 48 hours! When these jokers couldn’t get it done in 3 weeks!! I know they’ll give their copy paste response “loan is subject to bank policies” and any other excuse. What the hell do they charge for if they don’t have a clue whatsoever about secure loans!! They seem to think social media doesn’t exist beyond their so-called community page. Well, I will be actively working on spreading the disgusting app is run!!

Worst Car Wash by Park Team & Worst Management

Worst experience, Park company owner has no responsibility & worst management toward customer. I have raised multiple concern for fake cleaning if car by cleaner & shared photos. In demo car cleaning is awesome but after that cleaner bound to have 12 min of. Leaning which is impossible to clean the car. Management put penalties on cleaner & cleaner is bound to clean the car which usually is not possible to clean, polish the tyres & other plastic parts. In demo they taken 30 min. so 12min target is practically not feasible. Poor cleaner is under tremendous pressure but they are helpless. Park management & owner need to understand as customer going to leave after first subscription of 1 month or 5 month as money is waisted. Better yto give local cleaner with own stuff & polish so that he will do better.
No customer care number & email to raise concern as local executive never listen & I experienced a feedback from him that in this amount they can’t give service as given in demo. It’s really upsetting to find solution.
So ultimately I need to wait to end my subscription & switch to local cleaning buddy.
