Delivery Date of medicines postponed daily for 15 days
I had placed an order for medicines on which my mother is dependent. The delivery date showed within a week’s time. When the delivery day approached, the delivery date on the app was pushed 1-2 days further. This went on for another week. Every. Single. Day. the Delivery date was pushed further. Despite bringing it to the notice of the Customer Care, there was no resolution. They firstly lied that the product was ready for dispatch and then made fake promises that a ticket is raised and that they’ve put the medicines on priority dispatch, and that the medicines would reach her within 24-48 hours. Frustrated, I requested for a cancellation of the order. Yet 4th time the customer care asked to wait for the product for another 24-48 hours. When I insisted on process for cancellation, the customer care cancelled my order themselves, stating Product Not Available. My first and only experience with Dhani was frustrating to say the least. The company should delist medicines if they cannot be delivered on time. And the customer care is trained to lie. After this, I heard of similar experiences from a couple of friends. Whatever may be the excellent offers, if one needs items on priority, DO NOT RELY on Dhani’s timeline, and be prepared for executives with zero integrity.

My emi of rs 66 got declined and I was fined rs 118 yesterday night. So the total amount became 184. I paid it without wasting anytime through the app but the payment didn't got reflected. To avoid issues, I paid again 184 rs and as it didnt reflect in the app, I went to sleep. Morning, the amount got reflected in the app, but it accepted both payment with out giving me back the excess amount. I created mail immediately regarding this and got a reply mail after several time saying they have transferred the mail to the concerned department with bank satement. And all of a sudden, I noticed another overdue fine of rs 118 appeared in the app. I paid it immediately and got the confirmation pop up in the app but after waiting 12 hours it didnt reflected in the dhani account. Again I paid the amount through app and took screenshots while doing the payment. Its been hours and it still not reflected in the account. I sent mail again with the screenshots and if the dhani team do not take right action, I will take legal action. I was told to contact the customer care number but the number is like an ivr and there is no customer care executive available. For 66 rs emi, i hav now spend over 600 rs ..

Unprofessional rude and felt cheated it's worst to have money from them
I am really very upset the way these guys have been working very unprofessional and they are making fool of people. I paid my emi on time through online 2 days later received call from saying did i pay my emi i gave them all details and they said your details have been updated. After a week again 1 or more times I received the call and gave them all details again. Today again I received the call & I refused 2 give details the associate immediately said ok we will keep you overdue. & when I checked in the app they were so fast that it was really updated. The issue is when I repeatedly gave my details of Payment it was not updated in there system but today when once I said I will not give details again they immediately did what they said. This is my last biggest mistake that I took a loan from these people plz be aware these people will do anything to make money from you. I would never suggest any of my colleagues or friend to have loan from dhani. Worst app worst people to deal with.
