I downloaded the app today and booked pick-up. Everything was hassle free except that the rider is unable to get the location and address. I canceled the order after getting multiple calls from rider. It is irritating to get multiple calls when app should take care of it.
Disappointing Experience with Laundry Service: Quality Issues & Unresponsive Customer Support
I've been utilizing Fabrico's laundry and dry cleaning service for the last six months. Despite their efforts to position themselves as superior in the market, my experience reveals otherwise. They lack a quality-check process and have inadequate customer support. In November 2023, I submitted 20 valuable pieces for dry cleaning, assuming they would follow their standard procedure of notifying customers about damaged items before servicing. However, all my clothes were returned, and upon inspection, I discovered 2-3 garments were damaged, including a recently purchased Van Heusen T-shirt. Despite reaching out to their customer care for over three weeks, I have received no response. This unexpected lapse in service contradicts Fabrico's claim of being a world-class brand, and in my opinion, their services don't justify the high cost. I would caution others to steer clear of this company, as it appears to operate more like a road side operator than a reputable one.
Unprofessional setup amanora
Absolutely unprofessional staff and setup . Had given cloths for dry cleaning as was scheduled for an out of town visit . Kept getting assurances that cloths will be delivered at 1 am then Morning 6 am etc. gave additional day but still cloths were not delivered. Had a loss of 3500 as had to cancel the cab as no update on cloths. When finally visited their store saw the staff removing cloths from the basket to put for washing. For a week they had not touched the cloths . No response inspite of calling on their number . Not recommend and not sure if the earlier feedback’s are genuine. Never seen such an unprofessional set up. They were not even sorry for the mess up done Please change ur staff else they will ensure the store is shut down soon
