Niyo SBM - Old App 4+

My issue has been resolved. The team contacted me and got a new card delivered within 2 days.

I ordered my card on 29th June and it was returned on 23rd July. I placed a request to reinitiate the delivery on 13th July itself when it was undelivered. I was informed it will be delivered within 10-15 days. I have been constantly messaging the chat support and have also raised tickets and communicated via emails so many times, everytime I am informed that it will be delivered at the earliest. It has been 2 months now I still haven’t received my card, now I’m even back from my international trip for which I ordered the card. The customer support is pathetic. I tried reaching SBM bank directly but they are unable to trace the account. I don’t know how will I receive my card now. All efforts have failed.

I needed to travel abroad & thought of starting my journeys with Niyo Global Card. They asked me to deposit 5K INR on the account for my card to be delivered to mu address. Card never reached to my address for next 20 days while they promised to get it delieverd in 7 days. Now it's showing as returned status. And it's been more than 30 days since no update I got from Niyo. I raised my concern to the customer agent team 10 days back & recently now also, they also don't know the status of the card & everytime replying with the "default" message to be delivered in next 25-30 days. This is really frustrating to chase after this issue everytime. The services being a very basic pne to deliver card to your users are very very bad & disappointing. It really eats up most of my time to look for the resolution & yet no resolution is being offered by Niyo so far. I already have 5K bucks associated with Niyo card but now of no use. Total waste of money & time. Very bad customer service, no one bother to look at your issues. Strongly recommend not to go with Niyo services. Huge disappointment :(

Hi, I had taken a Niyo Global travel card for my trip to Sweden. When I checked the card in India, it worked fine in a petrol pump. I also could do some online transactions with my Niyo account. So, I believed that it will work properly and put a good amount of money in my Niyo account for my travel purposes. However, when I tried using the card in Sweden, to my shock, it didn’t work either on a POS terminal or in ATM. I reported the issue then and then. I was told that my account is blocked from the bank and Niyo is working on it. For last two days, I’m getting the same reply in my interaction in chat support. I have never seen such an unprofessional service from any travel/forex card providers. Niyo is telling me that it will take 2-3 days! How can anyone depend on such a card when it takes 2-3 days to resolve an issue, especially when you are abroad. I cannot even transfer the money from the Niyo account to my other saving bank account. I strongly discourage anyone from taking this card as their travel partner.
