Ratings and Reviews
Nice update
After the recent update (v5.0) the app's interface is quite sleek. It's nice to see the balance and subscription in one page. The percentage wheel for my data usage is a nice touch, both practically and aesthetically.
The new app is a good complement to the good service and fast internet.

Fraudulent dysfunctional app
1) You have to top up your account balance in order to keep you mobile number functional.
2) you can only buy plans with auto renewal and can’t use that balance as a result.
3) The balance you receive loses the quality of real money and if you don’t use it in a short time frame they charge it from your account.
4) if you pre-payed for you plan and have an account balance of 0, it will remain active until expiry date but won’t work (despite the plan being prepaid).
5) The app doesn’t often load properly for you to conduct essential operations on time.
6)The app doesn’t work without wifi if you have no data, meaning you can get stuck somewhere.
7) As a result of such practice Cellcard steal both time and money from their service users.
