Swiftgram is based on the open sources of an official Telegram app. As of August 4th, Telegram hasn't yet published the source code for their latest update on GitHub. I’m monitoring their new releases and will integrate new updates as soon as possible. Please, be patient and change your review, since it’s not under Swiftgram’s control.

Dear Swiftgram Team,Thank you for your prompt response to my previous feedback; I truly appreciate your efforts. However, I’m still experiencing issues with the app. The in-app translator is not functioning as it used to. For instance, today I received a text, but the translator either displayed “translations are unavailable” or only translated half of the message. Please look into this to restore the feature’s full functionality

This is an issue with Telegram’s local database. Try Reset Metadata or Reset All in iOS Settings > Apps > Swiftgram
