This is really my favorite digital wallet. It's easy to transfer money real time and it sets the right expectations like cut offs, fees and everything. I also love that I didnt go to the bank to apply and get my card, it was delivered right at my home. I also love its pockets or mini piggy banks within that lets you save money for whatever goals you have in mind, its very important because its kinda invisible to me when I open the app so I can think that I dont have money anymore but its just hidden in my savings goals. During ECQ I also utilized the "send money" to remittance center and it was helpful for the bankless out there that I needed to send money to. Thank you Unionbank! Lovin also their UX/UI!

The app is actually great as it offers a variety of options. However, there's still lots to improve on especially the reset password tab. I've been trying to reset my password and tighten the security of my account but whenever I attempt to save it, it just loads for an eternity and would receive the same error message asking me to fully close the app and to try again afterwards. I've just opened my account literally like an hour ago and have already wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to manage the settings for this app.
Also, I've been trying to log in from the website but couldn't get in. Everything's fine with my internet connection so I'd really appreciate any help I can get. I've already sent a message through your Facebook page but has yet to receive a response.
Lastly, should the request for a physical card be done on the website? I've been looking at my app but couldn't see any option to request for one from there and I'd really need it if I were to use this app for my future transactions.
Update not better
Due to recent update I have not been able to successfully deposit a check. It has been harder to take pictures after the recent update. It always fails and had to retake many times. Once upload of cheque pictures is successful, my deposit is being rejected for not matching the deposit details. This happened three times already. I always check my transfer details and I know everything is correct. Also, it no longer shows on the app that the transaction failed, UB just send email for failed transactions so I had to write another check the next day with a different date since it no longer accepts if date is different on the back. Please restore old functionality or update. I have always recommended Unionbank to my friends because of convenience and reliability but it really has been frustrating lately that I can no longer rely on the app.
