The app is actually great as it offers a variety of options. However, there's still lots to improve on especially the reset password tab. I've been trying to reset my password and tighten the security of my account but whenever I attempt to save it, it just loads for an eternity and would receive the same error message asking me to fully close the app and to try again afterwards. I've just opened my account literally like an hour ago and have already wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to manage the settings for this app.
Also, I've been trying to log in from the website but couldn't get in. Everything's fine with my internet connection so I'd really appreciate any help I can get. I've already sent a message through your Facebook page but has yet to receive a response.
Lastly, should the request for a physical card be done on the website? I've been looking at my app but couldn't see any option to request for one from there and I'd really need it if I were to use this app for my future transactions.
This is really my favorite digital wallet. It's easy to transfer money real time and it sets the right expectations like cut offs, fees and everything. I also love that I didnt go to the bank to apply and get my card, it was delivered right at my home. I also love its pockets or mini piggy banks within that lets you save money for whatever goals you have in mind, its very important because its kinda invisible to me when I open the app so I can think that I dont have money anymore but its just hidden in my savings goals. During ECQ I also utilized the "send money" to remittance center and it was helpful for the bankless out there that I needed to send money to. Thank you Unionbank! Lovin also their UX/UI!

This app that charged you and will never refund you. The best tag line. I made a fund transfer July 10 to my GCash account, my intention is to make single transaction however it charges me thrice. Aside of the charges I incurred the fund did not go through to my GCash. I filed dispute, reaching customer support but to avail. I sent message to their Messenger account but no assistance offered. Asking for my information, after providing the details no one responded and left me hanging. I am certain that I would also send complaint to the BSP governing all banks so that BSP will be aware of the current fraudulent activity UBP is engaged. I would understand process turn around time but because UBP Customer support ignores my dispute and never provide assistance. They claimed the number 1 bank but never provide the service they promised. However, the only service they are true is to ONLY keep the money from their clients for their benefits and has na plan of reimbursing money. THAT IS WHY UBP THE NUMBER 1 AND ONLY FRAUDULENT BANK IN THE PHILIPPINES.
