Rate increases in the middle of delivery
I booked a rider to pick up an item i bought. After picking up the item and on his way to me, the rate suddenly increased with no explanation. I asked customer service why the rate increased and they said it’s because the rider waited more than 30mins at the pick up point. First of all, the status notification and the map on the app that shows or informs you where the rider is is not real time. In fact, I was only notified that the rider was at my house after the transaction was completed. Secondly, the rider did not advise that he is already at the pick up point. And lastly, there is no way for the person who did not book the service to see where the rider is. They left that responsibility to the booker. That was my first and last time I used this app. Such a waste! Save yourself the frustration and use other apps.
Talk about privacy
Hope they do something about how they use our details. They keep blasting me with promo texts which I blocked and when they couldn’t text me they called me. I told them to delete my number and their response was “pino-prove lang namin na legit kaming delivery” What? I have never used the app nag sign up lang ako to see if it was a better one than the one I currently use, tapos nagflood na at nangulit na? I hope you really deleted my details from your app. It was such a hassle to callyour landline multiple times (no one answered, btw). If you wanted to prove that you are indeed a legit “delivery” app, do something about your customer service hotline and stop bothering people with your random calls and text. Try asking for consent before blasting our phones, next time.
DELIVERY DESPITE ECQ
The first time I tried this app was during the ECQ. It is a little bit cheaper than grab and lalamove. The app was great and easy to use. You can set the delivery time as well as the expected time of delivery so you know what time you will expect the package. It was vey convenient and their riders were kind and punctual. Will definitely use this app more frequently. They also have the “pabili service”.
