I like all the features of this card except for one thing...

Everything about this card was so smooth - no need to go to bank to open an account as it's done online and physical card is delivered for free. No fee when transferring money to another bank or e-wallets with high transfer limit. The only thing that I did not want is the list of activities as it follows the current date. It would have been more helpful if the date when the transaction made is retain instead of sending the bank statement. Hopefully developers can work on it.

Credited money from a failed withdrawal

I tried withdrawing money from a chinabank and bdo ATM before but my pin was always rejected even though it’s correct. I tried again on a chinabank atm yesterday, and the screen shows either transaction not processed or wrong pin again. So I did not get any cash and just used a different debit card. When I checked my online banking today, the money I tried to withdraw is gone from my account. Please help me recover my money.

UPDATE: Money recovered in a day. Kakareply pa lang nila sa email ko to ask for details, I checked the app and my money’s recovered already. Keep it up, KOMO!

The app always ask me to change my passcode

Everytime I open the KOMO application, I always get the Welcome message and when I select skip, it will ask me to Set a new passcode which I cannot set because I encounter an error. Tried reinstalling the application but is getting the same error. Been experiencing this issue for long. Already raised a ticket but no one updated me with the status of the resolution. Hope this get fixed. Will change the rating once resolved.

- The app is working now properly kn my device. Great job! Keep it up. I'm so happy ❤️
