Finally! An app! And some trouble!

I ran into trouble with payment a few days ago. Maybe you could have us cancel our payment ourselves and re-do our transaction without the need to chat with customer service? This only happened when I exited Paypal and not pay. The app said I had pending payment, but there was no way to pay, even tapping that “pending payment” status does not help. Needed to chat with customer service to have them cancel such transaction. Payment was smooth after that.

We appreciate the feedback! Generally pending transactions will be cancelled within an hour and customers can attempt a checkout again. We'll relay the suggestion to our development team though so customers can cancel and check out without the wait.

Worst Service

I’m writing a review not for the app but for the service.

Shipping cart estimated delivery date was on December 25, 2020. I didn’t receive my package yet as of today, January 5, 2021. Their reason was the volume of shipments received for the month of December. They should have included this factor when calculating the delivery date. I contacted the customer service and they said that they will expedite the delivery once released by customs. When I called LBC they said that my package is en route to Cebu from Manila via Sea Cargo. Is this what you call an expedited delivery? You are way behind the estimated delivery date and yet you deliver it via Sea not by Air? I’ve got not response when I asked them why they are delivering it via Sea. This is the last time that I am using Shipping Cart. Hopefully others will learn from my experience as well.

We understand and we apologize for any trouble this caused. The estimated delivery date is based on our average delivery period across the country for the specific shipment method chosen. Packages may also be shipped out via air cargo, but forwarded to the delivery hub outside of Luzon via sea depending on the flight availability or discretion of the airlines(due to dangerous/prohibited items). This is still faster than the usual forwarding of our sea cargo packages. We were able to check your package and found that it was put out for delivery the same day the delivery team received it.
