Account not loading

This is the third time I need to download this app.. From my first download. It works perfectly.. then recently I encountered error, after opening the apps, it says Error Encountered and my account are not loading.. I let days passed and try again but same problem.. I removed and downloaded for the second time and it’s works good again.. after few days, I encountered the same problem again, apps said Error Encountered.. now I removed the apps and downloaded again.. Am using iphone with iOS ver 15.3.1

Update: 4/26 - lumalabas uli ang “encountered error”.. tried the developers response, delete cached, off/on my cp.. tas in open ko uli app, same error pa din

A few months have passed since I installed this app and I found no problems with the app at all. I find the subscription list with the time stamp of when you subscribed with the chosen promo very helpful along with the “check data usage” feature. The only problem that I have is that I have to set a reminder to remind myself every month that I have to renew my subscriptions. It would be great if the developers of the app somehow incorporated a “reminder” feature wherein the app would remind you to renew your subscription a few MINUTES before the subscriptions ends. That way, you can maximize the usage of your promos and at the same time, you can prepare some load balance to renew the subscription. I currently am using the reminder feature in my iPhone but sometimes the reminder pops-up after the subscription alreay ended, so I end up rushing to find some load or at least connect to some network so I can buy load through other apps.

Unlimited load

Im using pldt prepaid wifi. At first i am happy with the money i save using unlimited 499 then through my pldt prepaid wifi then after a fee months it was no longer available in gigalife app, then there was unli599 at first it was still working on my pldt prepaid wifi but after a few months it doesn't work anymore because it became available through wifi pocket and phone devices only. I thought ill be saving so much availing unlimited load through my pldt prepaid wifi now i was oblige to buy a wifi pocket and internet connection becomes so poor. I hope it will be specified more clearly on the app the load availability for such devices only so that it wont be too hassle in my part that ill be loading an unliload then it doesnt work on my pldt prepaid wifi smart bro. I hope they will give back unli499 and unli 599 available on all prepaid wifi. This will help us more in saving budget at the same time more satisfying to use affordable internet acess.
