Unfounded decline

I admire your app and your cause at first that is why I became a loyal customer but lately you are making my purchases quite tiring as my card keeps on getting declined even if I have more than enough amount to cover the payment. Plus what’s demeaning is when you declined my actual card application due to unmatched information. What unmatched information are you talking about when everything is as what could be seen in my submitted ID. Your customer service reps are sometimes inefficient in addressing concerns. They cannot answer my questions properly. It’s like we are just running around the bush. No light at the end of the tunnel as the idiom goes. Please fix your system and your actual card application review because instead of retaining your loyal customers, you are driving us away from you. 😇

Risk System Problem

I have encountered a lot of problem with the app. My cards won't connect and I incurred admin fees for not being able to pay on time because of the the card problem. I was told it was a problem with the other banks not accepting atome, so I change three times. I'm not that much bothered even though ot was a hassle since I really wanted to enjoy the app. However, last week while I was trying for my SECOND PURCHASE I emcountered the propmt regarding the risk system blocking my purchase and the app prompted for me to appeal. After reaching out, the customer service told me that I won't able to use it anymore yet they refuse to give me the reason as to why. How come? How do you expect people to appeal when you don't even give a reason? What do we do appeal in the dark?

You blocked me out from the main purpose of the app but then again I can still use the card so it I did not comment on it, but lo and behold, now that I have updated, I CANNOT EVEN PAY FOR OTHER BALANCES?! what the hell atome? Can you at least give us some reason as to why this should not be reported to the government? Because to be honest I am already nearing my limits. One disappointment after the other. I could not even recommend this to other people. 😡

Risk System Issue and Failure payment transaction

Recently, the application had an update for fixin’ the bugs and issues. Instead, I had an issue with atome app due to risk system issue found in my application which was odd. I’ve been using the app for quite sometimes and had no problem after the update.

I reached out their customer support team to help resolve my issue. One of the customer supports insisted to change my debit/credit card, to log out and log back in the app, or removing and reinstalling the app yet the result is the same. I’m disappointed on how they provide resolution to their customer. I’m thinking the customer support used canned answers and not truly investigate the problem that the users/customers been encountering. I hope this review will wake up their management to make necessary investigation of this problem because this will make their business bad in the eyes of all potential customers.

This is a promising platform that can help the consumers/customers to build their credit. However, if this issue will not be fixed then business will lose a lot of customers and will look for a better option.
