Crashing on my 11 pro max

Seems like after the last update something happened, because the app is crashing each and everytime I try to open it. This behaviour didn’t occured until now (since last wk). Let me know please how to regain the control of the thingie. Thanks!

Poorly thought through app with scummy practices galore

While the app has been stable in my case, it is a poor experience because the devs never really considered usability. If you have a longer browsing session and want to refresh to see new posts it is quicker to close the app completely and terminate it, as there is no “to the top” button or motion that I could find. In its current state you would need to scroll all the way to the top. Great idea devs! Another good one is the “map” button that ALWAYS sits in the center lower half of the screen without any real reason to be there. Only annoying when browsing the posts. However, all these don’t necessarily warrant a 1 star. The real kicker is how the app asks you to turn on notifications each time you start it (which is often since you can’t refresh the page directly without un-scrolling everything). Bonus scummy practice points since its not even an “please enable notifications” banner, its an “open settings to enable notifications” banner. Overall a poorly thought through app with glaring design issues.

The service itself also enables scummy practices with poor moderation of duplicate posts, but thats not specifically an app issue. Site moderation is expensive, poor lil multimillion corporation can’t afford it. Sad.

there would be much more to improve

in technical terms related to applications: when someone gives you a share with a link and you open it in the application, you can't see the price of the item sold; filters don't always work ok.
In terms of management: Imobiliare’s team didnt accept my argument on a complaint related with an absolutely incomplet announce (it was a plot of land in the middle of which passes an oil pipe and so according to the law and the size of that plot you could only build an orchard or a vegetable garden). As you can imagine they ignored my request to ask the owner to add this detail to the ad so that future customers don't waste time, especially since the seller actually used the land as bait to show the others plot of land that he has.

In update-ul care va fi live in urmatoarele zile(astazi este in review in store) am reparat problema legata de afisarea pretului. Daca mai este de actualiate a doua problema va rugam sa ne trimiteti un mesaj pe ios@imobiliare.ro cu speta dvs. Multumim pentru feedback.
