Wong sg ,

Renting is better than buying.

I love to use Style Theory to get more clothes and bags now, as I’m out of closet space. And I like to change my style often, so the clothes subscription really does help alot, as there are way too many styles and outfits to choose from.
Was thinking of cutting cost by opting out, but after counting using $129 divide by 12 outfits per month, and found that it is actually of good value.
Best part for me is, I finally get to try out branded bags that I can’t bear to splurge on, eg, Chanel, YSL, Dior, Hermes etc.
now, they have one feature, by using my current points to redeem one accessory to put into my box, means that I can order 4 items at one go.
Overall, I find this service is really good. And their customer service staffs have been quite good at various events.

But there is a bug with the app. I can’t find the ‘subsciption details’ in my profile.

Good experience & great customer service

Got a free month’s trial for my birthday and really liked the pieces I tried out. Great quality, quick and fuss-free delivery. Had a question around returns and Jhemna from customer service was super responsive, friendly and answered all my questions clearly 👍🏼👍🏼

Wish I could give this 4.5 stars because I prefer browsing on a laptop but StyleTheory appears to be primarily an app-based service? Also a lot of the pieces that were recommended to me and that I liked turned out to be unavailable in my size. So it took me quite awhile to shortlist pieces for my box, but this might just be a me-problem for being so fussy 🥲 Spoiler alert: I did renew my subscription for another month

Hate the recent update

I’ve been using Style Theory for YEARS and is now thinking of switching to MADThread. I’ve just subscribed to that. These past few months I noticed that it’s very hard to find the new pieces that are supposedly added weekly. The weekly new pieces are supposedly in the category New Discoveries. However, you can neither filter by most recent first nor do they appear at the top of the cat. The new pieces are jumbled together with very old pieces in New Discoveries and you have to waste so much time looking through the whole cat. Feedback to customer service to no avail. Updates should be better and easier for customers but they are doing the opp. The app is frustrating to use now. I’m a working mother and don’t want to waste my time looking for new pieces every week.
